I truly love my job as your White House orthodontist! I have built my practice on being approachable and doing the best thing for my patients. I love getting to know each and every patient on a professional and personal level.
I especially enjoy working with children and young adults to cultivate their self-image and encourage positive self-esteem. I have grown up in this community, and it's truly a blessing to work here.
I opened Wiesemann Orthodontics in May of 2011. I've had the privilege of working with families from Northern Tennessee and Western Kentucky since 2007.
I want to provide the best orthodontic experience for my patients and their families. I'm grateful for all the encouragement and support of my teachers, family, patients, and loyal friends.

White House Braces
Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. They're made out of metal or ceramic brackets that are attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics. These brackets, wires, and bands work together to apply the gentle pressure that will gradually move the teeth into the positions we want them to be in if you have regular adjustments with our doctors.
White House braces are an excellent choice for correcting complex tooth issues. Because they can sometimes work faster at aligning teeth and closing gaps than other treatments might, overall treatment time may be slightly reduced. Braces don't need some of the more complex technology or expensive equipment that newer treatments can, making White House braces a cost-effective orthodontic option.
White House Invisalign
Invisalign is incredibly popular with both patients and orthodontists and is the top alternative to traditional braces. Instead of brackets and bands, the White House Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth.
Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and customized to fit snugly over your teeth. In order to keep your teeth moving in the direction you want them to, you'll generally need to switch your invisible trays out every 1-2 weeks for the next in the series. The Invisalign system can only work if the recommended guidelines are followed exactly!
Aligners should be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment. If patients neglect to wear the aligners as directed, it can impede the results and also add time to the orthodontic process.
Invisalign is at its most efficient when correcting many of the most common orthodontic issues. For some complex cases, Invisalign may not be a good option. A free consultation with Wiesemann Orthodontics will allow us to determine your Invisalign eligibility.
